For us it's definitely the shower. I used to think baths were the big culprit, but after switching to a low-flow showerhead, our bill dropped noticeably. If you're worried about water use, check your toilets too - had a slow leak once that quietly spiked our bill. Quick fix, big savings...worth checking out if you haven't yet.
