Only one drain is slow, but the nearby ones seem fine
When just one fixture drains slowly and nearby drains work normally, does that usually point first to a restriction near that fixture or in its branch, rather than farther along a shared drain line?
Would it help to compare other fixtures on the same floor, and, for a double sink, see whether both basins are slow or only one? I’m also curious whether gurgling or backup when another fixture drains would make a shared-line problem more likely. What observations are most useful before deciding whether to call a plumber?
