Yeah, you’re not alone. I’ve seen even the “heavy duty” ones give up after a year or two, especially with hard water. It’s not just you being rough—some of this stuff just isn’t built to last. I keep a spare handy now, just in case.

I get what you’re saying, but I’ve actually had the opposite luck. My sprayer’s been hanging in there for three years now, and I’m not exactly gentle with it. Maybe it’s just dumb luck or maybe the brand matters more than I thought? I do wipe it down every so often, but nothing fancy. Wonder if some of these “heavy duty” ones are just marketing hype...

That’s what I keep wondering too. I picked a “top-rated” sprayer when I moved in, but it started leaking after a few months. Maybe I just got unlucky, but now I’m paranoid about water damage. Do you ever check the connections for leaks? I feel like I’m always double-checking under the sink just in case. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but I’d rather be safe than sorry.
