I considered one of those rolling carts too, but ended up skipping it because:

- Tile grout lines made it feel a bit wobbly (tested one at a friend's place).
- Worried about tipping over with heavier bottles (cleaning sprays, etc.).
- Narrow spaces can be tricky—measure twice, roll once, right?

"ended up with cleaning supplies awkwardly stacked behind the toilet."

Haha, been there... now I just keep essentials under the kitchen sink and grab as needed. Slightly inconvenient, but safer overall.

Pedestal sinks look nice, but storage is always the trade-off. Installed one at my place and ended up rigging a small shelf above the toilet for sprays and stuff. Not perfect, but beats trekking to the kitchen every time there's a spill...

Pedestal sinks do look sleek, but honestly, the storage issue is a real pain. I ended up getting one of those slim rolling carts that fits between the sink and toilet—holds way more than you'd think. It's not exactly magazine-worthy decor, but it beats cluttering up shelves or running around the house for cleaning supplies. If you're set on the pedestal look, just be ready to get creative with storage solutions...

I totally get the appeal of pedestal sinks—they're clean and classic—but yeah, storage can be tricky. I ended up grabbing a couple of those floating shelves from IKEA (super affordable) and put some cute baskets on them for toiletries and towels. It actually turned out pretty nice without breaking the bank. Still, if you're someone who needs lots of storage, you might miss having a vanity cabinet...just something to think about before making the switch.

Yeah, totally agree—pedestal sinks look great until you realize you've got nowhere to stash your stuff. Floating shelves are a solid workaround; I've also seen folks install slim cabinets or even repurpose an old ladder as a towel rack (surprisingly cool). Just don't underestimate how much junk accumulates under the sink... ask me how I know.
