Couldn’t agree more. I’ve had tenants try to “fix” a slow drain with chemical cleaners and ended up with pipe damage. Gentle methods first, always. If it’s stubborn, I call in a pro - cheaper than a flood.

Honestly, I think a little paranoia about plumbing is healthy - especially with greywater. You’re not alone there. I’ve seen more than a few setups go sideways because folks underestimated how quickly things can clog or ...
