Haha, your kid mashing the bigger button sounds exactly like my nephew. But seriously, have you noticed any difference in flush power between mid-range and pricier models? Wondering if it's worth splurging a bit more...

Yeah, I've noticed pricier models usually have slightly better flush power, but honestly, mid-range ones do the job just fine. Plus, higher-end toilets sometimes have complicated parts—more stuff to break or replace later...

Haha, totally agree about the complicated parts—had a fancy toilet once that practically needed an engineering degree to fix. But speaking of mid-range models, has anyone noticed if water-saving toilets actually lower your water bill noticeably, or is it mostly marketing hype?

I've swapped out a couple toilets over the years, and honestly, the water-saving ones do make a difference—but don't expect miracles. If you're replacing an ancient toilet from the 80s or something, you'll probably notice a decent drop in your bill. But if you're upgrading from something relatively modern, the savings might be pretty minimal. Still, every little bit counts, right? Just don't fall for the super fancy models with a million buttons...trust me, simpler is usually better.

Haha, I learned this the hard way myself. When I moved into my first home, I got tempted by one of those high-tech toilets with all the bells and whistles. Honestly, half the buttons never got used, and it was more hassle than it was worth. But you're right—switching from an older model definitely made a noticeable difference in our water bill. Small savings add up over time, so it's still worth considering.
