Every year when rainy season hits, my street turns into a mini lake, so I finally figured out how to keep the drains clear myself. First, I grab some sturdy gloves (trust me, you want these), then I use a rake or shovel to scoop out leaves, sticks, and random trash. After that, I flush it with a garden hose to make sure water flows smoothly. Seems simple enough, but I'm wondering if anyone has a smarter or easier way to handle this messy chore?
