Recently stumbled across an interesting tidbit about vessel sinks—apparently, they're inspired by ancient washbasins used centuries ago, which is kinda cool considering how modern they look in today's bathrooms. I always thought they were just some fancy designer's recent invention, you know, to make bathrooms look sleek and upscale.
Anyway, I'm thinking about putting one in our guest bathroom. I've read mixed stuff online though—some say they're super easy to install as long as your countertop is prepped right, others warn it can turn into a plumbing disaster if you're not careful.
