Honestly, I think you made the right call getting the camera inspection before hydro jetting. That’s one step a lot of folks skip, and it can save a ton of trouble (and money) if there’s hidden damage. I get what you mean about the physical barriers—digging in clay is brutal. But like you said:
Same here. I’d rather put in the work up front than deal with another backup. Chemical barriers always make me uneasy, especially near veggies. Physical’s more work, but less risk in the long run.“after last year’s mess, I’m not taking chances.”
