So last night my radiant floor heating decided to just... stop. Middle of winter, freezing temps outside, and suddenly the floors felt like ice cubes. After some frantic googling and mild panic, I found someone mentioning air trapped in the system. Long story short, I bled the lines (never done that before, but YouTube is a lifesaver, you know?) and boom, warmth returned within an hour. Curious if anyone else had a similar "DIY miracle" moment with their heating systems?

Nice job sorting that out yourselfβ€”bleeding the lines can definitely help if air's the culprit. But honestly, radiant systems don't usually trap air randomly mid-season unless there's a deeper issue lurking around. Could be worth checking your pressure levels or expansion tank condition just to be safe. Had a client once who kept bleeding lines every few weeks, turned out their expansion tank was shot. Ever checked yours?
