I hear you—the toothbrush method is a pain. I’ve had mixed results with vinegar too, honestly. The rubber nozzle heads are actually pretty decent, at least in my experience. The buildup comes off easier, but they’re not magic or anything. I still have to give mine a quick scrub every few months. Cost-wise, if your current head is really old or clogged, sometimes it’s just less hassle to swap it out. But yeah, it’s tough to know when to give up and just replace stuff...
