Wall-hung toilets do look nice, but I’ve had the same issue—when something goes wrong, it’s way more complicated to fix. I ended up swapping ours for a standard floor model after a leak went undetected for weeks. Not worth the hassle, especially if you’re trying to keep things low-maintenance and eco-friendly. Less hidden stuff means fewer surprises.

For the exposed pipes under floating sinks, I’ve seen folks use bamboo covers or even recycled plastic panels that are easy to pop off. They’re not perfect, but at least they’re not as cold as metal, and you can still get knee space if you keep them slim. Not sure if that’s a universal fix, but it worked for us.

I’m with you on lever faucets—simple is better, and the fewer moving parts, the less likely you’ll be tossing something in the landfill later. As for storage, shallow shelves are decent, but I’ve also used wall-mounted baskets made from reclaimed wood. They’re easy to reach and don’t block access.

Curious if anyone’s tried those flip-up grab bars? I’ve heard mixed things, but they seem like a good compromise if you’re tight on space.
