We finally swapped out our ancient toilet for one of those low-flow, eco-friendly models. Thought we'd be doing something good for the environment and our water bill, you know, two birds with one stone kinda thing. But honestly, it's been a bit of an adjustment. First off, the flush feels kinda weak? Like every time I flush I'm half convinced it's not gonna do the job, but surprisingly it usually does. Usually being the key word here, haha.
Also, it has this dual flush button thingy—one side for liquids, other for solids. Took me a few tries to get used to that. My kids think it's hilarious and keep pressing both buttons at once because "it's fun." Um, not sure that's how it's supposed to work...
Anyway, has anyone else made the switch recently? Did you get used to it quick or am I just being picky? Curious if others have similar experiences or maybe some tips to make this transition smoother.
