Haha, been there with the wireless gadgets—sounds like a frustrating afternoon. Wired setups might be clunky, but at least they're reliable. Sometimes old-school simplicity beats fancy tech that promises convenience but delivers headaches...

I've had mixed luck with both, honestly. Wired cams are definitely solid—no worries about losing signal halfway down a pipe (been there, done that, not fun...). But have you tried threading a cable through a tight crawlspace or around awkward corners? That's its own special kind of headache. Wireless can be glitchy, sure, but when it works, the convenience is pretty sweet. Maybe the ideal setup depends more on the property layout and job specifics than just wired vs wireless?

Had a similar experience myself—tried wireless first, loved the convenience until it randomly dropped signal mid-inspection (talk about frustrating...). Wired was reliable but wrestling that cable around tight bends was no joke. Ever considered using both setups depending on the job?

Been there myself—wireless dropping out mid-job is a headache you don't need. Wired cams can be a pain, but here's what helped me: pre-feed the cable a bit at a time, especially around tight bends. Takes patience, but saves frustration later. Your idea of switching setups based on the job makes sense; flexibility is key in plumbing. Keep at it, you'll find your rhythm soon enough.

Have you found wireless cams to be consistently unreliable, or just occasionally glitchy? I've had decent luck with wireless for quick checks, but anything detailed—wired's been my go-to. Learned the hard way after losing signal halfway down a tricky drain...
