Just read this news article about a family whose basement flooded because of a tiny plumbing issue they ignored for months. I mean, yikes...makes me wonder how much basic stuff I'm probably neglecting too, lol. I usually just wait until something breaks to fix it, you know? Curious if most folks here do regular checks or maintenance, or is it more like "if ain't broke, don't fix it"?
