Just learned a neat trick from my uncle who's been a plumber forever—he swears by regularly pouring hot (not boiling!) water down the drains to help keep grease and soap buildup from clogging things up. Seems simple enough, but I never really thought about it before. Curious if anyone else has some handy little tricks they've picked up along the way... plumbing's expensive, you know, gotta keep those pipes happy as long as possible.
