Been reading up on plumbing rules lately (fun weekend, right?), and it got me thinking... some folks say you gotta follow the plumbing codes exactly—no exceptions. Others say a little common sense and practicality should trump strict rules, especially for minor DIY stuff at home. I'm kinda torn. Curious what you guys think—stick strictly to code, or is there wiggle room for common sense?
