I've been dealing with grease traps at work for a bit now, and honestly, it can be a real pain. Basically, what I've found works best is scraping off solids daily, doing a full clean every month, and making sure staff aren't dumping random stuff down the drain (easier said than done, I know...). Anyone got tricks or hacks to make it less gross or easier?
