I've got this annoying drip-drip-drip from my bathroom faucet that's driving me nuts, and now the kitchen lights decided to flicker whenever I turn on the microwave. Um, I'm not exactly handy, but I'm thinking maybe it's time to learn some basic upkeep stuff before calling in a pro. Is it usually simple stuff like washers or bulbs, or am I looking at bigger issues here? Curious if you guys handle these things yourselves or just bite the bullet and call someone.
