So yesterday my neighbor upstairs somehow managed to flood their entire bathroom and it leaked down into my ceiling. Apparently, they tried to fix a broken faucet themselves and things went south real quick. Water everywhere, maintenance running around like crazy, total chaos. I feel bad for them but also kinda annoyed since now I have water stains on my ceiling. Has anyone else had something similar happen? Curious how common these DIY plumbing disasters actually are...
