I'm in the middle of planning out plumbing for a small restaurant space, and I'm kinda stuck deciding between copper pipes or going with PEX. Copper seems sturdy and reliable, but man, the cost is no joke. PEX is cheaper and easier to install, but I've heard mixed things about durability long-term, especially in commercial settings. Anyone have experience with either option? Curious which you'd pick and why.
