Watts valves are decent, no doubt, but I've seen a couple fail prematurely too—could've been installation issues though, who knows. Honestly, any valve can give you grief if it's not installed right or maintained occasionally. Had a customer once who swore by some fancy imported valve... until it flooded his basement at 3 AM. Moral of the story: brand matters, but proper install and regular checks matter even more. Glad yours is holding up though—fingers crossed it stays quiet!
